Football-football-football--my son gets his license in six days---and I have decided to do 3 sets of 15 reps of butt-ups after every touchdown by either team today. Hey what a great way to spend your down time right? It is fun to take the usual and mix it up so it is not so usual. You can exercise while sitting down and watching football---what a conept! Wondering what a butt-up is? Squeeze your gluteals like you were trying to hold on to a million dollar bill--squeezing your butt makes you lift up----ahhh the mighty butt-up is born. Hold for count of 10 and slowly release! Do it again --- repeat and your backside will love it! Have fun! Dee
