Wellness Weekend went WAY too WELL! Lake Geneva area and Williams Bay are incredibly beautiful! The lodge was rustic, cozy, with a lakefront view! I believe everyone who attended left refreshed and renewed. We even had a couple of NFOF members come and we had a blast! Definately will keep you posted for next year--it is a weekend well spent!
St. Louis is next, it is always a wonderful time to see NFOF pals again, especially since St. Louis was last stop for us before we were done with hubby's military career. Our extended family of fitness grows stronger and closer. It's a good thing! SO IS MOVING YOUR BODY! Love, me~
