Happy October 1st to you! Sleep is a good thing--just like sweating! I am amazed at how well the body and brain work when they are rested. Not to mention our point of view. Simple recipe for well-being: sleep, sweat, and drink water--oh yes--food is a good thing too! Chocolate is NOT a four letter word--tee hee--lovee's, me!
