July 18th the Chicago NFOF staff will be going to St. Louis to appear "on the window" for Show Me St. Louis TV show at 3 pm central time. We will team up with New Face of Fitness staff and members from St. Louis for the show and stay over the weekend to host the NDEITA certification and training weekend on July 19 and 20th.
While I was living in St. Louis area (1999-2001) I appeared on this most noted afternoon show quite often. We always had "tons of fun" too.
The certification will be held from 8 am - 5 pm on Saturday -7/19 at Christ Lutheran Church, in Webster Groves, MO. The educational workshop on stretching (flexibility training) will be held from
8 am -1 pm on Sunday - 7/20.
