Excitement City!
New Face of Fitness is coming to Chicago!!
Opening events begin Tuesday September 16th, 2003 with a motivational address and demo class! My "Magic Box" presentation and demo class will be held on Thursday September 18th! Both events begin at 6:30 pm!
Can't make those--?? We also round out the week with a Body Image seminar and demo class on Saturday September 20th at 10 am!
These events the opening week are complimentary and open to the public!
The actual New Face of Fitness program opens the following week-yes I will be there with our NFOF staff weekly to sweat and smile with ya'll!
All events will be held at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in the Gym, 1650 W. Foster Ave. Chicago, IL.
