Happy Holidays! Fast.... faster...... FASTEST---holidays come quicker and quicker it seems---shopping and parties and too much to do and too little time to do it in--
ahhhhh---gotta RELAX---gotta
FIND SOME BALANCE--NO MATTER WHAT--GOTTA KEEP THOSE WORKOUTS GOING--EVEN IF IT IS ONLY ONCE ONE WEEK AND NUNCE ANOTHER--THEN TWICE ANOTHER---
Just don't quit all together--you will feel so good about not completely quitting come Janaury you won't know what to do with your self-
-breaking the old habit of quitting exercise for the month on December is one of the greatest feats of humankind in my books.
Keep telling yourself-- something is better than nothing--it's true----no worries in the food department--this is not the month to decide to loose 5 pounds or 10---be realistic---let the goal be to keep up those workouts--and only seconds on fruit or something along those lines----
Bundle up and still go for that walk---don't let a little weather get you down--
