Hello cuties! January is flying by and I have definately been neglectful here with the toodles-

-I need an assistant-hey don't we all?

One of the hardest, yet most needed tools on our wellness train is finding that balance---balance between family, work, play, home, friends, and in our own personal schedule--balancing food choices, and exercise choices, with rest time and fun time. It really is a constant manuevering isn't it?

Deebright-idea:
Make a priority list, forget New Year's resolutions and then make a priorities wish list and find a balance between the two.

For example: on my priority wish list number one on the list is making time for my massage therapist--no matter what---on my priority list the number one is a dealine for one of my positions at one of the facilities I teach at--

-I took action on the wish list by making and keeping my appointment with my massage therapist and brought my datebook so when I left I had already made the next 3 week appointment. What a fantastic feeling--not only had my right shoulder been really tight and sore --now that pain is relieved and my whole body feels better!

My deadline will be met because I scheduled time to work on this project with no other interruptions days before it is actually due.

When I return from West Coast event I purposely cleared my calendar to be off for a day and half of another to give me time with my family and domestic type stuff.

Balance in your life, truly is a key to getting what you need, when you need it and/or not doing what you do not need to do-putting things in their place--I am always working on that to the best of my ability--how about you!?
Hugs, Dee
