Hey you wonderful ones out there---website is getting some attention--hope ya'll like it---more to come--so stay tuned--
-count your blessings--take a walk---phone your mother--tell her you love her----
-go shopping-----drink a tall cold glass of water---count your blessings again---hug your kids--or surrogate kids------
--take a water exercise class-----walk in the mud even just a few steps--
remember HOPE is a good thing---- and LOVE really can conquer EVERYTHING-----
---sleep well --rest when your body tells you too---
--pause before going ballistic, even if it is only for a few seconds--
-- navel oranges are a must, ONE a day if you can-----banana's too--
---hug your dog or cat daily--they really are a stress reliever
and most of all---
REMEMBER WHO IS NUMBER ONE------YOU! HAPPY ON! DEE
