Hey team----Miracles do happen--one of our New Face of Fitness members in St. Louis -- Ricky was very ill in hospital and over weekend her white count came back to normal and she is doing much better---prayer works----

I am off to Key West on Friday 3/26 to take my sons and one friend each to visit my aunt and cousins for spring break------no lap top to check in to cyber space-- actually this is long over due rest/vacation time---check back in with ya'll when we return week of April 5th.........
