I trust this entry finds you well and into the Spring/Summer mode! Getting that bike out to ride, planning some extra outside exercise trips, tis the season eh?
It is great to diversify your workouts indoors and out to keep you from getting bored and to provide cross-training. Water exercise is a wonderful addition in summer too. Water walking, water exercise classes and of course, swimming. Even water sports like water polo and volley ball in the pool count!
Any/ALL activity counts!
Remember the latest guidelines : try to get in 30 minutes of activity most days for functional fitness and build up to more if you are looking to loose fat and really increase cardiovascular fitness! FUN is key! Let's keep it safe, fun a d effective! Cheers! Dee
