Just because the seasons change does not mean your activity level should change--unless you are just sitting on the couch(tee hee) --use the cooler fall weather to get an extra out doors bike ride in---even hit the pool--(indoors preferrably)---mix up what you do, keep boredom at bay--keep drinking water even though it may not be hot outside---and always do a warm-up and cool-down with your activity session. Better yet, grab a friend to go with you and/or try a NEW "thing" at least once a month (i.e. new yoga class, spinning, one session with a personal trainer, a new trail to walk) -variety is the spice of life!
