Hip Hip Horray for AAA class! I told them I was going to brag about them to the whole world (cyberspace world anyway) so here goes....
These wonderful women rocked and rolled for a full hour in water class today and every single one of them had heart rates of 18 or higher and they all kept moving & felt good too!
Ya-hoooo!
Wait to go girls..Rhoda, Meredith, Edith, Anne, Wyn, Gretta, Edie, Jan, Eileen, & Joyce! You rock!
We not getting older...we're getting better and more fit!
