happy month of love all! are you staying warm? remember when working out--outside (even if it is just a leisurely walk) --to layer your clothes for warmth's sake and keep drinking your water--even in cold weather we must stay hydrated. turning 49 this month--and still kicking...go bears....post soon! be well--cheers, dee
